Packs say a lot, and nobody checks.
"Healthy". "Sugar free". "High in protein". "No added preservatives". These words sell products. When you order on an app, no one you can see has looked at the proof behind them.
Everything is listed, so nothing is chosen.
Apps compete on how many thousands of products they carry. The more there is, the less anyone has looked at any one thing. A long list is not the same as a careful one.
Delivery promises are vague.
You do not always know who is bringing your order, whether something will be swapped for another product, or how you get your money back if it goes wrong.
Our stand
We would rather sell fewer products and be able to say we checked each one than list everything and say nothing.
Check first
A product reaches the app only after its claims pass. If we cannot check it, we do not sell it, however well it sells elsewhere.
A second pair of eyes
The person who brings a product in can never approve it. A different reviewer decides, and the decision is recorded.
We deliver it ourselves
NOW riders bring your order, so the people who check it and the people who carry it work to the same standard.
We say what the mark means
It means we saw proof for the claims it names, on the date shown. Nothing more.
