NOW is run by its own staff, not outsourced. Here is who is on the team and what each group is responsible for.

Leadership

Seven groups, each with one job and a clear owner. The quality team is kept apart from sales on purpose.

Godown managers, pickers and packers

Receive stock, count it, store it correctly and pack every order from the pick list. Own the stock count.

Works with logistics for hand-offs and with quality for what may be shelved.

Logistics lead and NOW riders

Assign riders, handle late and failed deliveries, and reconcile the cash riders collect with the cash banked.

Rider tips go 100% to the rider and are shown separately.

Reviewers, independent of sales

Review the evidence for every claim and approve, reject or ask for more. Re-check when a pack, supplier or claim changes.

Rule: the person who submits a product never approves it.

Sales and claims team

Find products and suppliers, collect the proof for each claim and submit it for review.

Works with quality, who can say no.

Engineers and product

Build and run the app, the staff tools and the systems that connect them. Protect customer data and payments.

Customers can delete their account at any time.

Support team

Answer customers and riders, run complaints and finish any refund that needs a person.

We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Accountant and advisors

Daily sales, payments, refunds, GST and the month-end close. Keep licences and legal wording in order.

Reports to the founder; reviewed by an outside advisor.
